unless im reading this wrong fuzzynuts is talking about an 8k3a+ Kt333 part, whereas the original post was for a kt133a board, the 8KTA3+ Seen Here
I have one of the 8KTA3, wich is the same board with no RAID, but i do not know if it supports XP processor.
If anything i know it would require the latest BIOS in order to use XP processor, and i kinda think it should work, but do not know for certain.

According to this (no idea if the link will work) :

Are AMD Athlon XP processors supported?
AMD Athlon XP processors are not supported on this model motherboard. The design of the motherboard limits processors prior to "XP" for stable usage.

Don't know if they updated the BIOS since then though; might want to try e-mailing Epox tech support here. Explain that you checked the FAQ, but aren't sure if they have updated the BIOS in the meantime to enable AthlonXP support somehow.
