Can E6300 handle 400 MHz FSB on stock cooling?

Hi all,

I'm getting an E6300 with a DS3 (in the mail - UPS sucks). From what I have read in other posts, it seems that DS3 should have no problem handling 400 FSB. Any disagreement? Also will E6300 be able to handle 400 MHz FSB using the stock fan/HS? I'm really not looking for any OC above 400...
