It was Destro, no doubt about it. Zartan was just a hack mercenary type. Destro was the head of his own arms company (at one point in the comics, anyway).

And Serpentor was just a sissy. 😉

Serpentor? He was weak. Destro had it all... the voice, the muscles, the cool head-thing, huge cash money and the Baroness. It doesn't get much better.

Yeah.

Big shocker that no one has mentioned Cobra Commander yet. His brief shining moment was clinging to Roadblock and hissing "wasssss a mannnn."

i managed to get the action figures of both when i was a kid; even managed to get one of those tall 1 foot snake eyes' "dolls" (for lack of a better word)
