Can desktop processor be used in laptop so that we can get higher base frequency?

You do not need to create a new thread for every laptop CPU question.
The answer to this is already in your other thread that is left open, as I gave you a link to the company who makes such a product.
Ask all your laptop CPU questions in that one thread.
