can dell 400SC's take a normal heatsink?

I have a 2.4HT 400SC and it frequently gets above 50C under load, even with the slightly noisy fan.

Is there anything out there that I could put on it that's much better than dell's SUPER TALL aluminum stock heatsink?

Have you tried removing the heatsink, reapplying some thermal paste and cleaning the heatsink thoroughly with some compressed air ? I've seen a heatsink + fan clean up reduce temps by up to 10 degrees C.

Buy the 400SC heatsink designed for the 3+ GHz P4. But 50C is a more than acceptable temperature at full load.
