Can data for games that don't save to a cloud/network be transferred to another device?

I have super old S2 tablet where I have been playing a game for awhile but your progress doesn't get saved to a network (so I assume there is local file somewhere on the tablet??).

I have no idea how the files are structured on a tablet so I don't know where to even begin looking...

Windows has a Programs folder for the actual game but I would assume that game data that is saved on the PC would be kept in the user folder somewhere...does tables have something similar?
