Can computer speed up using 128gb USB3 for RAM?

128gb USB 3 flash drives are now selling for $40 or under online.

Is it possible to give your system a great boost in speed by using such a drive as ram or maybe with such a program like readyboost
 
Only useful if you cannot upgrade to an SSD. Typical sale price is $80 for 240GB these days. Other thing is ReadyBoost can only use max 32GB per device. I still use one myself on my work PC and it helps. But work PCs are near ideal situations for lots of RAM and lot of ReadyBoost since I do not want to spend any money or tear apart a work PC that isn't mine.
