Can Celeron2 run bus freq 100 or higher on new 815E ?

Can I set celeron other than 66 bus freq on 815E chipset? Does 815E autolock celeron2 to 66 bus freq? Do I have to buy sloket and use slot1 motherborad in order to set celeron to 100 or higher bus freq.
