If you use the default mutiplier of 15x166= approx. 2.5ghz=you need to drop the multiplier because there aren't that many 2400+'s that run that speed on 1.85v-1.95v not to mention default.

On 1.65v, which I think is your defualt voltage, my 2100+ will do 13x166 and will sit there all day everyday. It will do 11x200 on 1.7v also. This is all on the stock HSF, which I have lapped and used some Artic Alumina.

13x166=2.16ghz very doable indeed, heck, my 2500+ does 2.3ghz on 1.632v actual but won't boot to windows@2.5ghz 1.85v. Now WTF does that have to do with his running 15x166 at default again?

2.5ghz on 1.65v is extremely improbable, there are very few T-Breds or Bartons capable of 2.5ghz on any reasonable voltage if they will get there stable at all on air. If you have exoctic cooling higher clockspeeds are doable of course.
