Can Asus' P4S8X support P4 CPU 2.4GHz with "Unlock Bus Ratio" ???

Well, I never use any P4 chip with "unlock bus ratio",
so may any expert here in this forum can help me to answer this question.

If your friend has a true Intel engineering sample with unlocked multiplier, he can run it on any number of boards, including the p48sx. For overclocking his chip, check out the albatron px845 pev pro reviewed on this website (845pe 3 way shootout 10/7).
