Can anything in the engine compartment make this noise?

I have a Honda Odyssey that recently jumped time. The culprit was a failed belt tensioner. I got a new timing belt and tensioner installed and that fixed the problem. However, since leaving the shop, there is now a loud hum that is dependent on car speed rather than engine speed. I would assume it is a wheel bearing gone bad, but since it started right after the aforementioned repair, I can't help but think it could be related. Is there anything in the engine compartment that would make a noise dependant on car speed?

Seems to me it would need to be anything after the transmission, or possibly something catching wind.

Whirring from the front of the car that changes pitch with vehicle speed:

Worn universal joints
Damaged flywheel inspection cover plate
Loose fan shroud or bracket
Faulty torque converter
Internal transmission damage
Differential unit needs lubricant
Rubber of your tires may be too hard
Wrong type of tire for the surface of the road

any of these possible from having a new timing belt installed?

Was there an aerodynamic cover under the front end?

Perhaps it was removed and not replaced?

I just had a look and the fans are well fixed to the radiator, but the radiator seems loose. I can grad the radiator lid and jiggle it back and forth.

Anyone know where to look to tighten this down on a 2006 Odyssey?

Apparently, this play in the radiator is normal for Hondas... hmmmmmm

What about undercarriage shields? I've had those make vibrating noise when the screw in one corner stripped out leaving it a little loose.

is the splash shield rubbing on the tire?

why not jack up the front end spin the wheels and have a listen.

just jack it up by the lower control arm to keep the ride clearance between the tire and fender.
