~~~Can anyone update the ATI Guide+ as a Win2K user ~~~

Everytime I have to update the darn thing I have to log-in as the administrator. Is there any way this can be done as a user. I did enable every possible privilege for it but still no go.

have the runas service enabled in w2k. That way you don't have to log off to do something as admin
