SO it may just be legit, sort of, games are often sold differently in other countries, in this case most likely they are selling just KEY's (as the name implies) which they get for next to nothing.. IF the game is not region locked or something like that they should work as long as its STEAM or ORIGIN, or some other digital provider where you get the game downloaded from with just a KEY.

BUT sorry, I don't know personally if its legit.. a year or two ago there where Several Russian sits doing this.. and some worked just fine, some did not.
