Can anyone tell me

Why should I buy an Athlon 64 3200+ (either Vinice or Winchester) over a 3000+?

The 3200+ is on the same core(s), uses the same 90nm process, but is 200mhz higher but costs 50 bucks more? The 3500 is 500mhz higher and costs more than 100 dollars more than the 3000+? Can someone shed light on this?

I just want to know what makes them so different that the price increases are justified. I have no problems paying 200 bucks for a 3200+ if it's going to be that much better than the 3000

That makes since, and I've been hearing good things about OCing the 3200+ anyways. I guess, I'll go with that. Anything is better than this godforsaken Celeron.

My next (and final) question is have anyone heard of a mobo manufacturer named Jet Way?

To house this 3200+ I'll need a mobo, I use an Asus mobo currently, and I'm happy with thier quality. However NewEgg has for all intents and purposes the same exact mobo manufactured by both Asus and Jetway. The Asus part is like 110+ dollars, the Jet Way part is something like 72.

Edit: just did a search on NewEgg, now a lot of other Mobos are showing up, I guess I changed the search options. Scratch that last question as those boards I guess only supported Athlon 64 (and doesn't include support for Sempron and FX), and they used VIA Chipsets. I'll just go with whatever nforce board I can find that's cheap by a reputable manufacturer.

I don't want to go over 300 bucks, I know it's a little to work with, but I'm on a limited buget. assuming I get the 190 dollar 3200+ that leaves at most 110 for mobo. I will sacrifice some of the budget, if I can get a board with nice O/C features (not a hardcore OCer but I want that option availible to me).

The mobo manufacturers I've heard of and typically lean towards, are MSI, Abit and Asus. I know Chaintech makes boards, but I don't know how good they are, and I hear the OC features are poor.

Get the DFI LanParty if you can afford it.
Chaintech VNF4 Ultra otherwise.

And I don't see why you wouldn't take the 3000+ if you plan on overclocking, esp. with RAM dividers.

However, I'm having troulbe with 1T not working async on my venice 3000+ so that could be a concern.
