Can anyone tell me who that is?

I have no idea but I think she'd look great in Joss Whedon's upcoming movie Wonder Woman. She'd do Lynda Carter justice if she's an actress.

Anyway, I thought you young folks should be more in tune with the current crop of actresses and might be able to answer this.

Edit: though she does look a bit like a Lucy Pinder-Kelly Brook- Keeley Hazell British tabloid type, so maybe she is just a model/pinup.
