Can anyone tell me what will open this screw/lock

Ok here is the deal. the link shows a pic of the screw in black and white next to the words "Security TORX" There is a box that i need to open that has a screw/lock thing on it that is similar to this. basically it is this picture, but INVERTED. what is black would be actual screw and the white part would need to be the screwdriver. the opposite of the picture. i cant find anythign like it, anyone?

I figured the only thing they could be called would be "inverse torx" and lo and behold, I was right.

A couple sites I looked at on Google suggested that you find an old torx screw and use vise grips or pliers to hold it while you use it to unscrew the inverse torx.
 
Dammit, I know what it is, but I can't think of what it's called.
I'm guessing your need into a box that has some "cable"s right?
