Hey all. If this does not belong to this thread, the mods can move it to an appropriate section. I think it does as it seems to be an error in the OS itself? 
Look at the lowest open program icon in the taskbar, its stuck as if my cursor is hovering over it. When I pass the cursor over any icon, it gets stuck there in the last position the cursor was before the cursor gets off the taskbar. Many times the label is also shown although not now. It is extremely annoying and I can only remove it by logging off and then back on, forcing me to have to save my work and tabs. Does anyone know what happening? Appreciate any help.
