Can anyone tell me what this Android app is?

I see this in the status bar on a crap ton of screenshots of Android apps and I'm curious what it is.

It's the one on the far left, just left of the bluetooth icon.

The HTC Sense version is a little bit different but nearly identical to the one pictured. I think it's just missing the "dot" under the screen in the icon.

I have a Droid X. I had a Blackberry up until last week.

That icon to the left of the Bluetooth is VIBRATE. Increase your volume, and it will first change to silent (music note with a slash through it), and then disappear completely.

That's because the Droidx has a mild skin on it from Motorola.

Yeah, not all vibrate icons look the same. My Samsung Epic has a phone with squiggly lines on both sides.
