Can anyone tell me what Secure Download Manager is? Is it part of Yahoo Mail?

A friend of mine asked if this is something he could use to make it easier to send photos in the body of outgoing e-mail (instead of sending them as attachments). I can't seem to find any useful info on this program though. Is it a standalone app, or part of Yahoo Mail? How does it work?

Secure Download Manager, which downloads either normal EXE/MSI files or encrypted SDC files, and automatically decrypts them, is part of the e-academy License Management System (ELMS) for secure downloads of primarily academic software. This is not to be confused with the similarly named "download managers", employed by warez sites, that are usually malware.

The only app that Yahoo has is YouSendIt (file hosting), that lets you send files up to 2GB via a link you include in your email, which the recipient can download from. None of these are for sending photos in the body of outgoing e-mail.

Oh, okay. I think my friend has the wrong idea about SDM, which explains why I couldn't find any info on it vis-a-vis Yahoo Mail. Thanks for the reply and info.
