Can anyone tell me what kinda of meat was in this sushi

I was eating at this sushi place in Monroeville pa and after reading a review on tripadvisor...the review I read suggesting people to try the black & gold roll there....and it was fantastic...hands down the best sushi roll I've every had.....

But I have no idea what was in it aside from the rice, the seaweed wrap and the caviar on top...It was fantastic though..
Any ideas here is a like to the pic from tripadvisor...

Is their another name to this type of Roll....or if I walk into a place and say I'll have a black and gold roll....will the guy know what I'm talking about.

It looks like deep-fried soft shelled crab. And no, the dude at any other japanese restaurant would have no idea what you were talking about.
