Found it. If anybody wants to know, it's 960Kbitsps download and 120Kbitsps upload.

are you sure. do you mean K bytes/Sec or Kbps ?

I once got 276 K bytes/sec on Rogers cable and it was near T2 so imagine 960 K bytes/sec. Coming from HSE I'm quite sure they are capped at 1Mbps or 1000 Kbps not K bytes/sec.
