i think i'm going to get one of these, but i can't tell what the difference is

The -E model has a 3Com gigabit-Ethernet secondary network adapter, instead of dual 10/100-megabit ones. It's not the one I'm waiting for, though... I want an nForce2 board with the MCP-S1000 southbridge that has native gigabit straight to the Hypertransport link, as well as native SATA.
