Can anyone tell me off the bat what a TI4800 SE is?

I looked on NVIDIA's sight, but they didn't seem to mention it. Is it like a 4600 but with 8x AGP? Or is it supposed to be faster?

It is nearly $200. How do yall think it compares to a non-Pro 9700, which seems to run about $220?
