Can anyone tell me about this monitor

Recently I was given a NEC Multisync XL 20" monitor so I hooked it up but I cant seem to get it to run over 60 mhz refresh...I thought I read somewhere that it had a maximum of 80 mhz 1024x768. Does anyone know anything about this monitor? I'm starting to think it's a fixed rate monitor. I am running xp pro but i use refreshfix and that works fine with my princeton at 85mhz..Any help wouls be appreciated
