Can anyone suggest a network message pop-up software? (like WinPopup)

I want to be able to send regular text messages over the network to various computers.
I searched for winpopup.exe, but Windows 2000 doesn't seem to have that anymore.
Does anyone know of software that would allow me to do that?

At work we have NT and, at the command prompt, you can type: 'net send joe.blow Hi how are you?'
And it pops up on their screen.
