I've had a dell 19.x monitor for the past 4-5 years. It's been great for my needs, photo's and some gaming. it's 1680x1050. The power button is toasted, and getting some funky black wavy lines. It's just worn out.
A growing old gamer here, so I won't ask what is best for games. Color and display is more important. But i still try and like to play games.
I am in Toronto Canada, so we don't have the wide selection from all the vendors.
All i want is larger than i have now, and display photo's from my camera as best as possible. If it can display games good too, great.
Is around $300-350 sound right for this ?.
Web/mail/ dSLR photo's are my goal, games play are bonus.
