Can anyone record Bush speech tonight?

I may record it with my USB tuner....its not great quality plus its mono. Ill have to compress it too because that sucker makes huge avi files.

I could Record it with my ReplayTV, extract the MPEG and put it up on my FTP server...but I don't want to go to jail.

I really hope Bush announces the rumored Mars space initiative, to put a man on Mars by 2010 using nuclear propulsion. That would really inspire a vast number of Americans. Unfortunately im afraid the speech is going to be solely about terrorism and the economy.
