Can anyone recommend Teach-Yourself books for Photoshop 5(.5)?

I'm going to (finally) commit myself and actually LEARN Photoshop. I've made my way through it for quite a while, asking experts about things I didn't know how to do but now I feel like I need to actually know what it all does and how to harness the beast.

So if anyone can recommend some TY (Teach-Yourself) books on Photoshop 5, specifically version 5.5, and where to buy them that will be the cheapest I'd appreciate it. Oh and also...does anyone know what online and/or B&M stores allow you to return books? Because I know from experience that some computer books are just bad and I want to be able to take them back if necessary.

just a suggestion....6.0 is comming out really soon. You can bet their will be a flood of books for that as well.
 
Really? Is there a release date on it or what? Well maybe I'll wait until then but I think it'd still be nice to learn some 5.5 so I have a starting point when 6 comes out. Do you know if it's going to be a BIG change or just little improvements that can be learned pretty easily?
