Can anyone recommend me a good host for my website?

I have one website, a personal one. I use it to host pictures that I have recently begun to take with my digi cam. The photos are usually linked to forums (using bandwidth), and for family and friends.

I need roughly 1-2 gigs of space, probably 1-5 gigs of transfer a month, unlimited pop3 e-mail, a really good and easy to use webmail, ftp.mydomain.com, asp.net, php, cgi, ssi, cold fusion (maybe).

Can anyone recommend me a place that has a decent rate/month?

I thought about www.nexpoint.net but they charge an arm and a leg for a setup fee.

I went to webhostingtalk.com's forum but it seems everyone wants to sell me re-seller accounts and I don't need that. Or, the people are located in another country and I don't want to go through another country. I want to deal with someone in the United States.

My budget is roughly $20.00/month paying via paypal.com.

Yeah maybe AddAction's i-Commerce plan would work for you. Not positive it has all the feature you're wanting though.
