Can anyone recommend a show similar to 24?

I love 24, great suspense and story line (fighting terrorists etc), so can anyone recommend another tv show similar to it?

Thinking about alias but not entirely sure about the similarities.

I'd get Alias. IMO it's a good show and it's kinda similar to 24.

They don't really have too many 24-type TV shows on TV anymore...so I couldn't recommend anything else.

my wife and i watched 24 on DVD seasons 1 and 2, currently we are watching Alias, it's very good.

I haven't seen a single episode of The Shield so i can't comment there.

mb i'll get The Shield on DVD.

oh ya, i forgot to mention, if you havent seen it yet, Dark Angel is kind of similar to Alias also, it's probably worth watching. i saw it when it aired (a few episodes anyway)
