Can anyone recommend a good PBX converter for my laptop modem for use at work?

A good one that is very cheap!!! My employer is a pain in the ass about using our Internet connection...if I buy a pbx converter for my laptop/desktop modem..I can use my ISP dial up connection. Are there any good ones for less than $50 bux??
 
We have a PBX system at work and I've used two different digital > Analog convertors. They both worked fine... I think our PBX is a Nortel branded system.
