Can anyone recommend a good encrypted Password keeper application

Anybody have any info on a secure encrypted password keeping application that can stay synchronizeed between my desktop and a Dell Axim (Pocket PC) device? I used to use INFOKEEP and a Palm app called "3NITY" when I had a Palm M515. They never synchronized and it was a pain making two entries whenever I changed/added passwords. Now I am faced with re-enetering all my accounts since switching to the Axim.

Since this is going to be almost a "start from scratch" approach, I thought it would be a good idea to get an application that will synch automatically (and still be secure on both the desktop and Axim). I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for a good product. Any suggestions?
