You aren't going to get much in that budget. You definitely aren't going to get a "good" camera, although you might get something decent that will fit your needs if you aren't too picky. ;)

DPreview did say that the Coolpix L18 has very few features but takes pretty good pictures. The wide angle is only a 35mm equivalent and the closest that it can focus is 15 cm so it probably won't do well at all for macro shots.

I would recommend reading through this article and make note of the positives and negatives of each camera to see which one best fits your needs and wants. Don't pay attention to the prices they list since the article was written a year ago. Just look for the camera(s) that you like and then go shopping for prices.

Panasonic LZ8 from ebay or Amazon marketplace should be doable for under $80. IMO it's the best camera you can buy in that price range (and even better than many cameras costing more)

There's a Vivitar 10mp cam that's going to be on sale for under $80 on BF. I also saw a Fuji I believe, on Slickdeals.net.

There was also a deal listed for a 10MP Fuji J28:

There is currently a special offer where you can get a 2GB SD card plus a case for free if you order everything together. I think you can even add an extra battery for 50% off, which makes it around $4.

I don't have any experience with Fuji or this particular model, but seems like a great value for what you are getting.
