Can anyone recommend a decent tablet?

I've decided that after 5 years of wanting one, I'll finally pick one up.

I'm looking for something with Flash and PS compatibility, and some pressure sensitive features on it.

I don't really want to spend more than $150 on it, which I know limits my options. I thought I might check here anyway, though, and see if anyone has any good experiences with a certain brand or model.

Thanks!

It's pretty clear that the OP is talking about a drawing tablet like the Wacom Graphire and Intuos.

Wacom is the only table manufacturer I know of - I'm sure there must be more, but their stuff is probably worth a look. They must be doing something right to become so big.
