A quality PSU does NOT come with any retail case. Antec PSUs are NOT known for quality.
They are known for having stability issues and leaking caps.
A decent to quality case w/o PSU can be had for $70.
A quality PSU of 400-500 watts can be had for $70.
If you find both retail for that price, plz post it.
You can get a decent case for $25, and a decent PSU for $45 if you aren't doing SLI.
For awhile thre I was buying these generic towers off of NewEgg that cost $10 and were slotted for 120mm fans. No PSU, but I don't buy them with cases anyways.
The Enlight 72500XZ case with a 350W Enlight power supply can be had for $54 shipped from my supplier. These power supplies are solid. I have many, many computer builds with these and they have been great. The cases themselves are extremely easy to work with and well constructed. The only gripes I have is that the power supply is only 20 pin and the fan is 80mm (and therefore louder than a freight train).
You might be able to do better if you shop around. Newegg can often be beat on bottom line price on cases and PSUs. The Enhance (been in the switching PSU biz for 20 years) PSUs on eWiz are good PSUs at excellent prices - don't miss checking them out.
