Can anyone reccomend a good Socket A mobo?

I'm looking for a nice socket A motherboard.

I'm not sure whether I should go with an Nvidia or VIA chipset.

I'd prefer something with built-in LAN, USB 2.0, native SATA support, overheating protection, and with one AGP slot and five or six PCI slots.

Dual Channel DDR 3200 support would be nice, but it's not required.

I'd also like to be able to adjust the FSB in 5 Mhz (or less) increments (Up to 400 Mhz).

I intend to saddle it with a Athlon XP 2500+ Barton, as I hear they're great for overclocking.

Also, I don't want to spend more than $150 (At the most).

Any reccomendations are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

For good OC'ing you're going to be best off with nForce2, but it doesn't have native SATA support. If you can give that up, then the Abit NF7-S has been getting a good reputation.
