luv2liv is right, the accent marks on top are very important.

I think the sentence means for a child or or someone who is younger (ngoan hon/em), you don't tell an older person (ngoan) ever!!!

It should be "that ra neu ngoan hon mot chut, thi em cung khong dac get lam"...not really hated but disliked.
