can anyone name some good games that have came out recently?

But arent really repetitive? ie, call of duty 2...its like the same thing over and over. I dont care if its a fps or rpg or whatever, but id like it to be fun and not like everything else. Anyone?

I just picked up Quake 4, FEAR, and Serious Sam II. I would recommend all three.

Quake 4 got really really good in the last half. Looks absolutely amazing too.
FEAR got a little bit repetitive but since I like the challenge of each repeating firefight I didn't mind.
Serious Sam II is awesome for a quick co-op fix. Not sure if I'll ever finish the game, but I doubt I'll ever stop playing it either.
