Can anyone look in a Washington Times for a want ad that accuses SAIC of the anthrax attacks?

The ad takes up a full 2 newspaper pages (A10-A11). Sorry I don't have anything that would scan something like that. The person that bought the ad is named Pete Velis.

It is a paid ad so I don't think it is on their website. The thrust of it is that the author suspects that a group of military officers privy to a report done by Dr Steven Hatfield while working for SAIC titled "How Best to Mail Anthrax" may be responsible for mailing the anthrax last October. Most of it is a chronology that in his opinion either points to Dr Hatfield or this unnamed group as the likely culprits of the anthrax mailings. He is further of the opinion that they may have done this to help clear the way for passage of expanded domestic wartime powers since it was mailed to the high profile opponents of legislation being considered at that time.

The above is a very short summation of the ad the person paid for and in no way reflects any opinions of mine. Personally I do not believe in conspiracy theories no matter how neatly their proponents package them.
