Can anyone loan me $3 in paypal

I bought an item off eBay yesterday assuming I had enough balance in my account (balance in US currency, item sold in Canadian currency), but turns out paypal doesn't do currency conversion exactly according to the current market rate (I used bank of canada currency converter website) and now I'm $3 shorts.

Seller was nice enough to send me the item but I would like to get him those $3 before he leaves feedback.

If you could lend me $3 in non-cc paypal I would be very grateful, I'm not sure exactly when I can pay you back but probaly this weekend or next week sometimes. (credit card on file with paypal expired)
