Can anyone identify where this is?

the first picture has an Estonian and (what appears to be) Polish flag hanging from the building. This leads me to be confused.
 
Istanbul was Constantinople
Now it's Istanbul not Constantinople
Been a long time gone
Old Constantinople's still has Turkish delight
On a moonlight night
