Can anyone identify this motherboard?

There is a motherboard pictured on ATI's website and I'd really like to identify it. I thought it may be an Abit Fatality board, but none on Abit's site matches. I've cruised darned near every board on Newegg and ZZf without success.

Nope.....tried Sapphire and the RD580 boards, at least what are pictured on Sapphire's website, are white PCB and the slots aren't red.

I'm trying to do a red/black themed build and the pictured board would fit great. I'm just getting tired of blue, and the lime green and odd weird colors like on some of the DFI boards just aren't very appealing.

I'm really looking for a black PCB'd board with red memory/PCI-e/PCI slots......a lot like the ATI pictured one.

There is a an Abit that looks like that. I saw it at Fry's the last time I was there. I don't remember the model #
