Can anyone identify this famous photograph featured on the Ironworkers Visa card?

I saw this on a customers Visa card and I've seen it before so I know it is famous. What it shows is some construction workers sitting down eating lunches atop a metal beam towering over all the other skyscrapers. Guessing by the relative height, I'm assuming it was probably taken during the construction of the Empire State Building or the Sears Tower. I'd like to get a framed copy of this photo so if anyone knows what it is called or more info let me know.

Is it the this photo? I first saw it in an old issue of National Geographic. This says it's the Rockefeller Centre but I always thought it was the Empire State photo.
