Can anyone help me record a news story video off a website?

He really wants a copy to keep for sentimental value... His dog was filmed at the dog park today and they now have the video available on the website...

I know there is a firefox extension called 'mediapirate' which is built for this sort of thing, or you could download the swf flash file and rip the video from it.

I'd do it for you but it's 4AM here and I gotta get some sleep.
