CAN ANYONE HELP ME GET THIS RESELLER LICENSE?

i need help to find this online. I can't find it anywhere. I need a reseller permit in Massachusetts. Any help will GREATLY be appreciated. I really don't want to go down to boston to the IRS office to get one...its available SOMEWHERE online.

Department of Revenue would likely do it. You need to have a business though, so, you still need the IRS # for Tax ID. Maybe you can have a small business w/o IRS #, but, you'd be doing yourself a favor to do the S-Corp thing.

i did register my business as TPA Technologies....i wanna register with the IRS, because I plan on incorporating it.

you need to incorporate first in a state, fill out your tax forms, and then get your license.

no, my dad isn't incorporated, and he has one...also, my friend has the same thing....its a small company he registered, not incorporated, and he owns it himself...he got a license online for free

is he an actual corporation, a sole proprietorship, partnership, or a LLC?

why don't you ask them where they got their license?

you dont need to incorporate a sole proprietorship, which is what he probably means.

you just need to fill out a form ss-4, https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/sa_vign/newFormSS4.do
get a EIN number then go to the Mass. Dept. of Revenue and apply for a license.
