can anyone help me figure out this circuit?

I want to build the headphone amplifier seen in the pictures (and somewhat described in the text, though i don't understand):

I took this list from the link above:

IC 2426 - TLE2426-DIP package
IC EL2001 Elantec 2001 buffer
IC AD823 - Analog Devices AD823 opamp
R1 - LED power limiting resistor
R2 - 308 ohms
R3 - 332 ohms
R4 - 4.7k ohms
R5 - none
R6 - 66 ohms
R7 - 4.7k ohms
S - put a jumper to H2 ??what's S, and what's this mean and what is S & H2
NR - 1uF ??what's a NR?
C1 - 47uF film cap
C2f - 330uF electrolytic

I also need to figure out the circuit based on the photos, and also this schematic for something similar but not as complex might be helpful:
