Can anyone give me the lowdown on Lotus notes install and config??

Hey, was wondering if there were any Lotus notes people out there as I have an interview tommorow where I think they will be bringing it up and it has been a while since I have worked with it...

The thing I recall most vividly from my days when I had to deal with Notes is Lotus' refusal to follow almost any of the standard Windows interface conventions including the refusal to use "setup.exe" instead of the old school DOS "install.exe" for the setup program.
