Can anyone give me detailed instructions on how to flash my MSI BIOS?

I have the MSI motherboad (MS-6380) K7T266 Pro Raid. It is only version 1.0 I noticed there are 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 upgrades. Should i download and install each version individually? How you I flash the BIOS? Thanks
 
did you attempt their website? you should have a flashing utility (use with boot disk, not just safe mode cmd prompt) and the latest vers should be inclusive of the older ones
 
my msi k7tpro2a has live bios, doesn't yours? if so, pop in their utility cd and look in the utility directory, and it is in the msi section...then just run the program and it all happens automatically...it is VERY nice!
