i just got my new lvd-2001 play everything player and the svhs output looks like crap.
i want to update the firmware before i consider sending it back but i cant get to the website.
can anyone else get there?

it's not just me and some lameness with sbc dsl screwing up their routing tables (which has happened before, by the way)
