=) So that was my roommate posting cause I told him this would be a good place to get advice. Pretty funny stuff though. I wish i had an 07 335i, sadly I drive an 03 Acura TL (I can post pics if you want). The car is in his name though, not daddies. Since you guys are so good at post linking go find something where I talk about being an MD resident if you don't believe me. Hell I'll scan some ID if you want.

So now you admit to lying?

ETA - And please, scan your ID. Would love to find out how much you're telling the truth and how much you're lying.

Really? Never listen to the idiots on ATOT.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Driver_License_Compact

All states are members except for Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Tennessee (dropped out in 1997), and Massachusetts

The Drivers License Compact require member states to report tickets received by motorist to the state where they received a license to drive so as to receive points and get an insurance hike. Also when a state suspends the license of a driver who is from out-of-state, the state where the motorist received a license to drive will also suspend their license.

I know from experience that New York doesn't report violations on Connecticut drivers.

They just fine the crap out of us instead :(

"Some states do not assess points for minor offenses and apply the DLC for only major violations such as Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, New York and Pennsylvania"

I'd guess that 93 in a 55 would be a major violation. Oddly enough, though, 87 in a 55 ISN'T by New York standards, though. They just levy a $1,000 fine against you instead :(

Got nailed for 83 in a 55 in NY. $300 fine + that new program where it's $300 spread out over 3 years.

Nobody believes you anymore. You're a loser with a loser friend that doesn't have the balls to create his own account on AT. Makes sense considering the entire situation....

Yeah... $300 plus about $650 over three years for me. I learned a lesson there... If you get a New York ticket, FIGHT IT!

Just because your car can't go as fast as mine, don't be my moral compass. I'm asking for legal advice not some Dr. Phil wannabe assclown

93 mph? Wow, someone call F1 and tell them we've found the next Andretti. We all bow down to you...speedracer.

 Classic.
